FREE SHIPPING is offered on all items meeting the "Free Shipping" total amount EXCEPT for the following items:

Application of Discount
Your discount on shipping may not show on your order, depending on your selection of products. You may rest assured knowing our staff will review your order and apply the discount. If your order includes one or more of the above items, YOU MAY BE GIVEN AN INCORRECT TOTAL AT THE TIME YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER. The correction will be made when our staff processes the order prior to shipping. We will send you the corrected order total via e-mail as soon as possible with any additional shipping costs.
Valid Shipping Methods and Destinations
This offer is only valid via UPS Ground delivery to the continental 48 states for shipments of all small to mid-sized size orders (not valid HI or AK). No Post Office (P.O. boxes). Larger sized orders will ship usually by the freight or shipping company of our choice (UPS Air or U.S. Mail is an available option for an additional cost. Call for pricing).
Orders shipped by freight company (orders usually weighing over 400 lbs) will be palletized and are for "rear of trailer delivery only" meaning you are responsible for removing the boxes from the rear tailgate the freight company's delivery trailer. Any optional freight services the freight company may offer (i.e. trailer liftgate, deliver to your door, inside delivery, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer for any additional costs. The freight company will contact you by phone to schedule delivery. A correct deliverable address must be provided with any Suite or Apartment number. Failure to provide your complete or correct address may incur additional shipping company correction costs that they may charge per box or pallet.
Refused or Returned Orders
*FREE SHIPPING is only valid and provided at no cost on orders that are accepted for delivery by the customer and not returned or refused. Orders refused or returned DO NOT qualify for Free Shipping and will incure the full cost of shipping both to and from the customer and any storage fees. Customer will be refunded the balance between amount paid less all shipping costs.
Address Correction or other fees
*At order placement, Customer shall provide Nitro-Pak with a valid UPS deliverable shipping address including any apartment, unit or suite number and whether it is a street, avenue, etc. Shipping address must also include the correct zip code for shipping address. This is very important since UPS imposes an "Address Correction" fee for each box shipped if the address or zip code is not correct. If the address provided by the customer is not a valid UPS deliverable address according to UPS, an "address correction" fee of $11 per box will be charged to the customer's credit card upon notification by UPS to Nitro-Pak. Orders being shipped to a P.O. Box are shipped by US mail only and are subject to the above address correction fees as well. Other Fees such as "Signature required and delivery confirmation" are not included in our free shipping, such request will result in additional $5.00 per box charged at the time of shipping.
