Ingredients:Precooked Pasta (durum wheat semolina), Zucchini, Cream, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Red Peppers, Nonfat Dry Milk, Yellow Peppers, Modified Corn Starch, Green Peas, and Contains 2% or Less of Nonfat Dry Milk, Yellow Peppers, Modified Corn Starch, Green Peas, Seasoning (hydrolyzed soy and corn protein, dextrose, torula yeast, soybean oil), Parmesan Cheese (part-skim milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes), Onion Powder, Butter (cream, salt), Maltodextrin, Sea Salt, Culture Whey & Whey Powder, Autolyzed Yeast Extract, Spice, Granulated Garlic, Natural Flavors, Turmeric, Safflower Oil.
CONTAINS: Milk, Soy, Wheat.
Directions: To prepare a single servings:
1. Mix can contents.
2. Bring 3/4 cup water to a boil.
3. Remove from heat.
4. Add 1 cup dry mix.
5. Stir until mixed thoroughly.
6. Cover. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes.
7. Stir and serve.
To prepare entire can:
Add 8 ¼ cups (66 oz) boiling water to contents of can. Follow steps 5 through 7 above.
NOTE: Oxygen removed by either nitrogen flushing or oxygen absorbers. Oxygen absorber not for human consumption. Discard packet immediately upon opening.
It is necessary to store Mountain House products properly to ensure maximum shelf life. Store the product in a cool area, avoid long-term storage above 72 degrees F, and be careful to not puncture the cans. Under these conditions, Mountain House meals will maintain its shelf life for product quality flavor and nutritional value.
Once open, contents should be used immediately. However, product resealed using plastic recloseable lid has been found to be acceptable up to one week after opening.
This package is sold by weight, not volume. Some settling may have occurred due to shipping, handling or variations in the product density.
