Ingredients: *Hash Browns (potatoes, contains one or more of the following [canola oil, corn oil, cottonseed oil, palm oil, soybean oil, sunflower oil], salt, dehydrated potato, enriched bleached flour [wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavis, folic acid], potassium sorbate [to mantain freshness], natural flavoring, disodium dihydrogen pyrophosphate [color retention], dextrose), *Precooked Eggs (whole eggs, egg yolks, nonfat dry milk, modified corn starch, corn oil, salt, yeast extract, sunflower oil, smoke flavor, xanthan gum), *Pork Sausage ([pork, salt, spices, sugar], textured vegetable protein [soy flour, salt]), *Red and Green Bell Peppers, *Chopped Onions. *Freeze Dried.
CONTAINS: Egg, Milk, Wheat, and Soy. Directions: To prepare a single servings: 1. Mix can contents. 2. Bring 2/3 cup water to a boil. 3. Remove from heat. 4. Add 1 cup dry mix. 5. Stir until mixed thoroughly. 6. Cover. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes. 7. Stir and serve. To prepare entire can: Add 7 cups (56 oz) boiling water to contents of can. Follow steps 5 through 7 above. NOTE: Oxygen removed by either nitrogen flushing or oxygen absorbers. Oxygen absorber not for human consumption. Discard packet immediately upon opening. |
Storage and HandlingDO NOT OPEN UNTIL READY TO USE It is necessary to store Mountain House products properly to ensure maximum shelf life. Store the product in a cool area, avoid long-term storage above 72 degrees F, and be careful to not puncture the cans. Under conditions, Mountain House meals will maintain its shelf life for product quality flavor and nutritional value. Once open, contents should be used immediately. However, product resealed used plastic recloseable lid has been found to be acceptable up to one week after opening. This package is sold by weight, not volume. Some settling may have occurred due to shipping, handling or variations in the product density. |
