Quality As a control freak I am always leary of claims that anything is "easy". This Katadyn Base Camp Filter has proven that it is just that. This bag was designed to simply scoop water into it and hang it up as the method of delivery and it is really that simple. Gravity does all the work and you simply need a bucket or receptor of some type to catch the filtered water below where it is hung. The bag itself is similar to the neoprene divers suits in material and the filter is common to the Hiker Pro hand filter making it universal with filtration. Some complain that this is not a "faucet" in output ??? This weightless bag packs small and works big and requires little maintenance and is therefore a terrific choice comparable to having another person fulfill your hydration needs while you are doing other things.
